On November 19, EU IRIS Business Incubator Team organized a “Journey of the Entrepreneur: Agribusiness Opportunities and Challenges” info session for the students of Agricultural College After Anton Kochinyan.
The info session’s main speakers were IRIS BI resident entrepreneurs Artush Khachatryan; agriculturist, founder of Sareri Barik social enterprise, and Hagop Kazanjian; winemaker, founder of “Galar Vazer” LLC (Galar Vines). The latter cooperates and uses the factory of the Agrarian University to age the delicious wine of “Galar Vazer”.
During the meeting, the Executive Director of IRIS BI Narine Terzyan welcomed the students and mentioned that educating future experts is one of the important preconditions for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The College teaching staff highlighted the importance of organizing such informational sessions for students, the opportunity for the future experts to be in direct contact with experienced professionals.
The meeting was held in an unconstrained atmosphere and, and the speakers of the meeting Artush Khachatryan and Hakob Kazanjyan shared the difficulties and successes of their own experience, and advised the participants always dream big, make plans, have prospects to get them to fight, and never to grow poor and retreat.
